The receptionist in Tower 3 provided outstanding customer service, accommodating our needs for a birthday celebration and extending our stay. However, the overall experience fell short due to inadequate cleanliness, a lack of basic room amenities like towels, and unresponsive staff during check-out. Despite the location's convenience and the pleasant pool area, the neglect in housekeeping significantly impacted our stay.

Staying in a Deluxe Studio was a mixed bag. The room was spacious, which was nice, and the A/C worked well, but overall it felt outdated. The decor could really use a refresh, and I noticed some stains on the carpet. The toiletries were basic, and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. You might want to ask for extra towels since it took a couple of requests just to get them. The bed was comfy enough for a good sleep, though, so that was a plus.
